Your first appointment will include all the information about our organization, answer all of your questions, giving you the ability to determine if our team is right for you!

Process and Join!
Once learning the incredible value being part of the team brings, making a commitment to serve your Community, State, and Country will be one of the most rewarding experiences of your life. You will take an aptitude test, have a physical exam, and experience the excitement of shaping your career with the Michigan Army National Guard!

Initial Training
Once part of the team, you will experience Basic Training, and Advanced Individual Training in the career field of your choice, providing unparalleled paid job skill and leadership experience valued by employers. Once complete, you return home and resume your life as normal, now a Michigan Army National Guard Soldier!
